What I learned in 30 years

In December 2019, I turned 30 years old and I had to take a pause. I had to sit down and think about all I accomplished and what I want to accomplish from this point forward.

Thinking back to when I was a kid, without any responsibilities, I remember wanting a nice car, two kids, a big house and all that before turning 25. Now, 5 years after that target age, I realize that I did not accomplished all of that but I am also not unhappy about where I am in life.

At 30 years old, I can say that I started a family by getting married in 2018, I drive an awesome car, not my dream car, but a great one for sure. I am financially stable and have enough free time to start a blog and YouTube Channel in 2020 because I want to!

All that to say that even if I am not exactly where I thought I would have been if you ask 12 years old me, I did enough to be happy, proud of myself and thankful for everything I have.

In conclusion, stop thinking about what you did not accomplish and start patting yourself on the back about what you did and are proud of today!
